As BIPOC faculty and staff at the College of Wooster, we stand in support of the authors of the Black Manifesto and the countless other students who have spoken up against racism, bias, discrimination, and systemic inequality on our campus. We hereby uplift the voices and concerns of our current students and alumni. We recognize the bravery, passion, and labor that it takes to demand social change and applaud them for their important work. We, too, share many of their concerns, and want to first extend this statement of solidarity and support.

We also reaffirm the three previous letters to the Board of Trustees and administration that outline the concerns and demands of our BIPOC staff and faculty.

Thank you,
