Holtec Manufacturer bringing jobs to Orrville
International aluminum extrusion and fabrication manufacturer Holtec, previously residing in Marlton, N.J., plans to relocate its Ohio operations to Orrville, bringing 300 jobs and occupying the former American Weatherseal manufacturing plant.† Mike Hedberg, director of the Office of Orrville Industrial Development, stated this deal has been eight months in the making and remains contingent upon the approval of various tax incentives at state and local levels. During the next six months, he added, Holtec will add another 72,000 square feet of floor space and reinforce structures in order to add overhead cranes.
